If the enterprise search is not available for a company the below steps are how to set up and configure the enterprise search.

First the user will verify that the API's are active via the SMC

API Control

Select ALL APIs Services

If there are any that are in API Status Stopped, Tag it, and Start it back up


Once all APIs are in API Status of not STOPPED then the user will need to go Enterprise Search Configurations (SYS M303)


If the Search Enabled is set to N then Mark and Change it to Y.
Log out and back in and the Enterprise search should be available
