The RAPS Delegation Maintenance function allows users to delegate their RAPS authority to another user for a specific period of time.
This authority includes their authorization code and subsequent place in the approval workflow and the approval limit of the delegated authority. The user who has been delegated will retain their own authorization code and limits as well as the delegated values.
The delegation can only be used when delegating to a level below your own. You can NOT delegate up the approval hierarchy tree, as the users up the tree can already approve requisitions below them using the SHOW ALL functionality.

Delegate
Delegations can be defined in the officer table as well. The RAPS Delegation Maintenance function is designed for a specific user to assign their authority to another user.
