PSA Support Portal — Supportbench
Pronto Solutions Alliance Inc. (PSA) uses the PSA Support Portal, powered by Supportbench, to manage customer support requests. Through the portal, authorized users can submit new support cases, attach relevant files, review current and historical cases, and provide additional information to PSA’s support team.

Creating a Support Case
Submit a Request

- Select My Requests from the top navigation bar.
- Select Submit Request
Log Case

Input Case Details: After selecting Submit Request, users are prompted to fill out the following details:
- Division: Automatically populated with Customer Support. This is the only available option.

Issue: Select the issue group that most accurately describes the request:
- User Account Request
- Client Training and Guidance
- System Issue or Request
- IT Service Request

Priority: Select the priority that best reflects the impact of the issue:
- System Down
- Request
- Moderate Impact
- Critical Impact
- Subject: A brief title that summarizes the issue or request.
- Comments: Provide a detailed description of the issue or request.
Attachments

The PSA Supportbench platform allows users to attach files to a support case. Attachments may include screenshots, error messages, reports, log files, or other documents that may help PSA investigate the issue.
Finalizing Case Creation

Submit Request creates the support case and sends it to PSA’s support team.
View Support Case Status
Users have the ability to view the status of their company's current and historical SupportBench case.

Users can check the status of current and historical SupportBench case by selecting My Requests, and can search for a specific case by using the Support Case Number.
View All Support Cases

The Company Cases option displays all cases for a specific customer.
NOTE: Users can filter cases by Status or Logged By to refine their search.
Field Descriptions in the list:
- Call No: Case number.
- Status: Current case status.
- Logged By: User who created the case.
- Subject: Subject of the case
- Date: Creation date of the case.
- Closure Date: Date of when the case was closed.
