The PO Search function allows a user to search POs for string values so they are able to review prior requisitions and reuse them if required.
There are some filters to assist in reducing the amount of data searched. These are;
- Supplier
- Order Date
- Received Date
The user has the option to search current POs or POs also in the PO archive (this is only relevant if the Pronto database actively archives the PO data).
After executing a search, a datagrid will list out all of the PO Lines that are found with the matching string. From this screen it is possible to go into the line details of the order by pressing on the DETAIL button.
At the bottom of the grid, a MATCHING field will display all of the total records that match the search term used by the user.
