If the Pronto database is using the commitments/budget variance module within RAPS, then this tool allows a system administrator, or preferably a PSA consultant with knowledge of the RAPS process to rebuild the commitments by GL/Project. This is necessary because the budget/variance approval process in RAPS that flags a requisition as budgeted or unbudgeted needs to know what commitments are active for every GL code and every Project. This screen, if the alerts are not correctly firing, allows the user to rebuild the commitments for a specific GL code or ALL GL codes.
The Rebuild modes, REBUILD and REBUILD ALL will simply rebuild the custom table for commitments by GL/Project depending on the line selected.
