This function allows you to bulk upload monitor points to multiple assets for multiple readings over any given period you would like.
Use Function “Import Monitor Readings”
Enter/Tab through these fields
Add your Comma Separated Values File (have attached the template to this email with an example). The formatting in this template is very specific, so make sure it matches what I have in there.
The data must be formatted in the same manner as the below. The time column is only required if you are insterting multiple readings on the same day for the same asset.
Proceed to load the data into the system. Do NOT preview the file with this tool as the data does not transpose correctly.
From this screen say “OKAY” in the bottom right.
Run Immediately
You will get a feedback report with your data.
You will also get a feedback report with any errors from the data you tried to enter. Failed records will not be entered into the system. In this case I had already upload this data.
