Component serials installed
Components are serial tracked, a change-out task attached and the item code integrated
Engine - HT206-ENG
Transmission HT206-TRAN
Process a work order directly on the engine to start the change-out process
Process a work order directly on the engine component
Click on Rotable control to process material
Rotable control shows currently installed serial(OEM)
If work order was processed on a PM Task, the item code is populated in the screen below and can be processed
Warehouse will despatch and deliver the component for swap out
Engine is now available to be installed. Uninstall the prefitted component below
Return pick slip created
Install the new engine
New engine installed and return completed
Component changes showing serial off and the new serial installed
Process a work order directly on the transmission to start the change-out process
Click on Rotable control to process material
Rotable control shows currently installed serial(OEM). Request material
If work order was processed on a PM Task, the item code is populated in the screen below and can be processed
PIck Slip is in status ready for picking
Warehouse will despatch and deliver the component for swap out
Transmission is now available to be installed. Uninstall the prefitted component below
Return pick slip is created for uninstalled transmission
Return is in progress for the installed component and the new transmission can be installed
New serial installed
Work Order can be closed once the returned pick slip is completed

The haul truck now has a new engine and transmission installed by work orders processed at component level. New serials below
