Entering an ATC
In this section the user will learn step by step on how to entry an ATC for Approval

First the user will go to ATC Entry which is found under PSA Air- Requisition Management (RAPS) and then under the PSA Air - ATC Processing folder.
Once the user selects ATC Entry the below screen will populate. The user will need to select a vendor, warehouse, and give an ATC Description. The user can tab through any other field while entering the ATC. The user will tab through the requisition field if they are wanting to create a new ATC Requisition.

ATC Description is a mandatory field and this field is used to describe what is being purchased. This is a free type field with a maximum character limit of 30.
Once the user has all the information filled out they will use the Lines mode to fill out the details of the ATC.

Once the user gets to the Lines section it will first as them for an Item Code. The user will always use S for the item code. S means special item that isn't stocked or cataloged.

After they put in S they can use Tab to bring them to the details at the bottom of the screen. Here they will fill out the Note Description, GL Acct, Ordered, Required Date, and Price Fields.
Note Description is what the user is wanting to purchase. Try and be as detailed as possible to give the buyers a good clear understanding of what needs to be purchased.
GL Account is the account that this line needs to be charged to. The user can use the hot key f2 or click on the magnify glass to pull up the Chart of Accounts.
Ordered is how many of this item the user wants to order
Required Date is a date that the user will select to give the buyers and idea of when they need this product by.
Price field is the price of what they are purchasing. If the user doesn't know the price this can be left at $0.

Once the user finishing putting in that information and hitting tab, Pronto will take them to line 2. Pronto assumes that you want to keep entering lines. If you do not have any more lines to enter the user will need to hit escape.

When the user hits escape they should see their modes at the top again.

After the user is finished with entering lines, the user will click Submit and Quit mode at the top.

This will send the ATC Req to the buyers for review and to process into the approval flow.
Entering an ATC - Change Order
The user can enter a change order to increase the value of the original ATC Contract. For this example we will use Order Number 13606.

The user will go back to ATC Entry, but when they get to the field Requisition instead of letting the system generate a number, the user will input the order number of the ATC that they need to do a change order for.

They will get this pop up if the number that they inputted is a PO

Once the user hits yes, they will continue to tab down through the sections. This time the ATC Description and Contract No. will be automatically filled in from the original ATC Requisition. The only difference is instead of the rev0 it will show rev1 at the end of the Contract No.

After this the process stays the same and the user can enter the change order and submit it for approval.
The system will track the original contract number ATC-BWG-00083-Rev0 and the spend, but also track ATC-BWG-00083-Rev1 separately.

ATC Description & Contract Number
ATC Description is a mandatory field and this field is used to describe what is being purchased. This is a free type field with a maximum character limit of 30.
Contract No: will automatically generate after the ATC Description is filled out.

The first section of the Contract Number is telling the user that it is an ATC

The second section of the Contract Number is telling the user which company the ATC is being raised for.

The third section of the Contract Number is a unique identifier that will stay with this ATC to the end of the process.

The last section of the Contract Number is the number of revisions or change orders have been made to the ATC. This will always start at 0 for the original ATC and increase as change orders are raised with same Requisition Number.
