" When a check run gets “stuck”, Pronto will provide an error such as the below:   The key here is the chqaud file (top one). This indicates that a check run has been started and was not completed, nor was the user able to properly exit the process. Once confirmed that no users are actually processing a check run, the “old” solution was that one had
